Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order to be packed and shipped. During holiday seasons or peak volume intervals, orders can experience slight processing delays.

If invalid or incomplete parameters are provided, we will be unable to process your order due to inaccurate payment verification or incorrect address fields. Your order processing sequence may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days while our team corrects these details.

Address Verification Note: All domestic US shipping addresses are verified through the United States Postal Service system. If you are unsure of your official address layout, please refer to USPS.com prior to execution. This specific check does not apply to international freight profiles.

We process shipments Monday through Friday, strictly excluding weekends and official United States federal public or postal holidays.

* CELLUCARE is NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it takes 1-2 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for internal mail carrier routing guarantees.

Domestic Delivery & Standard Transit Time

Time in transit depends entirely on the shipping method selected during checkout. Please note that time in transit parameters do not include weekends or official statutory holidays. All delivery timelines are estimates provided by logistics networks.

CELLUCARE is not responsible for unexpected delays in package delivery due to events beyond our direct control, including widespread material shortages, local labor strikes, transportation infrastructure failures, or severe acts of nature.

Refused, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

In case of refusal of an authorized package delivery, the native shipping and handling fee will be charged to the payment form selected during initial checkout and will be subtracted from your final product refund. For any refused products, a refund cycle will not be initiated until the product physical container is successfully received and reviewed by the central CELLUCARE inventory team.

United Parcel Service (UPS) functions as the primary delivery service used across our fulfillment framework. We cannot guarantee structural replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via standard networks. In case of localized transit delays or unexpected route conditions, please contact cellucarehealth.com immediately for support tracking details. CELLUCARE holds no legal liability for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once processed into carrier custody.

International Shipping Constraint: On rare occasions, international shipping schedules to specific countries can take 4-6 weeks. In severe custom-backed cases, this can extend to 8-12 weeks. CELLUCARE is not responsible for any delay profiles caused by the destination country's custom clearance structures. Shipping routes to remote global zones may necessitate additional shipping fees depending on exact geographical boundaries.

Order Cancellation Protocol

Rigid 24-Hour Cancellation Window:

Due to intense order volumes, customer purchases route immediately into our rapid automated fulfillment center lines. If a customer contacts our support desk within 24 hours of purchase, they can successfully cancel their order.

If the contact is made after 24 hours from the purchase timestamp, the order cannot be canceled. Customers will need to either refuse the incoming package and immediately notify cellucarehealth.com of the rejection date, or return the package via standard return guidelines with a valid carrier tracking number for evaluation.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It remains the absolute responsibility of the buyer to ensure that he or she enters their shipping data correctly during the checkout portal. We cannot guarantee address change overrides due to tight delivery preparation timelines. Please double-check your complete zip codes and unit counts. We will NOT be held responsible for packages that route to an incorrect destination entered by the buyer. If your pack is already processed or dispatched, address adjustments are locked and the only alternative is waiting to see if the package bounces back to our repository for refund processing.

Delivery Verification Disclaimer

In the event that a customer’s tracking identifier officially states that the delivery was successfully completed to the address provided on the invoice, CELLUCARE does not offer refunds if the item is subsequently claimed to have not been delivered. If a delivery confirmation is active but you cannot locate the parcel, please contact the designated shipping branch (USPS or UPS) immediately for local dispatch coordinates.

Returns & Logistics Package Matching

In order to obtain your full refund for your purchase, you must return all bottles—regardless of whether they are empty, full, or partially full (explicitly including any “bonus”, “gifted”, or “free” bottles packaged as part of your invoice order)—back to our primary fulfillment center within sixty (60) days of your original purchase date.

You must include a written or printed note inside the box specifying the following item tags:

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. You must provide an active tracking number for your package return file. Failure to supply a verifiable tracking number can heavily stall or invalidate your refund evaluation profile. Once received at our facility and verified by inventory staff, your credit will apply back to the card source within 3-5 business days.
