Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason you will have 60 days from the date of purchase to return the product and request a refund. You may return any Product purchased on cellucarehealth.com in accordance with the terms below:

Step-by-Step Return Instructions:
  1. A return authorization must be requested and approved within 60 days of your date of purchase. You must contact us at [email protected] to request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.
  3. Once an RMA is received please return the item and email us back with the RMA and the tracking number so we can track your return. You will have to pay for shipping.
  4. You must return the Product to the address provided to receive a refund at your cost within 14 days of receipt of RMA.

Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain classes of items are strictly exempted from being returned under standard frameworks:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us promptly at [email protected].

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded under standard corporate processing protocols.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide you further instructions on where to return the item for an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges beyond 60 days from the date of delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund directly to the gift giver and they will find out about your return process.
